The Arena is a location that appears in Final Fantasy Blackmoon Prophecy II where players can enter a battle square to face off against an endless gauntlet of enemies that progressively gets more difficult based on how many battles have been cleared. Random buffs and debuffs also occur at the start of each battle.

Battle SquareEdit

The Battle Square is the section of the Arena where the player can take part in battles and redeem prizes.

Battle Square ModifiersEdit

Name Effect
Cold Front Enemy party receives resistance to ice.
Elemental Wall Enemy party receives resistance to all elements.
Desperation Attack Enemy party receives significant attack power bonus.
Diamond Barrier Enemy party receives significant defense bonus.
Into the Darkness Player party is inflicted with Blind.
Lucky Break Standard battle. No change to either side.
Lunatic Pandora Both parties are inflicted with Confuse.
Miasma Flow Enemy party receives significant magic power bonus.
Moon Dust Player party is inflicted with Sleep.
Pyromaniacs Enemy party receives resistance to fire.
Quickening Player party is bestowed with Haste.
Reverse Polarity Enemy party loses all magic defense.
Slow Motion Player party is inflicted with Slow.
Tectonics Enemy party receives resistance to earth.
Thunderstorm Enemy party receives resistance to bolt.
Weak Willed Player party's vitality is depleted.
Wind Riders Enemy party receives resistance to air.
Whispering Wind Player party is bestowed with Regen.

All enemies present in the Battle Square are unique to it and cannot be found anywhere outside of the Arena.

Battle Square RewardsEdit

For each victory in the Battle Square, the player earns one battle point (BP) which can be used to purchase useful items. Additionally, players will also earn one elite point (EBP) for each battle they survive beyond the twentieth.
