Early LifeEdit

Braak has a sister named Jasmine Amiro. After their parents' death, Braak got into the army of Ivalice Empire to get him and his sister a better life. Eventually, he became a general and was assigned to the Four Swords of Ivalice, an elite group of highly-skilled soldiers of Ivalice, along with Deckar, Eva, and Vera under the command of Lord Zeul.

Final Fantasy Blackmoon ProphecyEdit

Braak is sent to Branch Castle on an espionage mission and gets there via Trei Catacombs, but is detected and locked in the Castle's dungeon. When Vahn is checking on the general, Braak persuades the dragoon in releasing him, but Darius appears and threatens the general with a death sentence, much to Vahn's surprise.

Some time after Vahn and his group depart for Mystic Mysidia, Braak mysteriously escapes from his cell and Lord Adder tasks Hans with finding him. Braak is found in a hidden chamber within Branch Castle, but he escapes and returns to Mysidia to reunite with his fellow generals Deckar and Eva.

Braak, along with Deckar and Eva, are encountered once more at Lenadia Castle when it comes under attack from Ivalice. The trio are defeated and flee together, not to be seen for quite some time.

Braak's final appearance comes when Vahn reaches the Citadel after the merging of Gaia and the Esper World. Braak, along with Deckar and Eva, attack the party but are defeated. Unlike previous encounters, there is no escape this time and Braak, Deckar, and Eva are killed.

Final Fantasy Blackmoon Prophecy IIEdit

Braak's tormented soul resides within the underbelly of Citadel Ruins. Zephyr Highwind and his group meet him on their way to the Nethicite Shard located within the Ruins. When he sees his sister Jasmine among the group, both of them are surprised to see each other. Braak tells her about his torment and pain of being tied to the Citadel. Then his sister explains him that the powers of Genesis Obelisk made her life span longer, hence she lives now. Braak talks about his reasons of joining Zeul's ranks and Jasmine reminds him that he knew about Zeul's intentions all along. Jasmine wishes to tie her binds with the past and along with her companions she fights and defeats her brother's soul giving him eternal rest.
